This just over two acre lot in The Hills Above Possum Kingdom sits on one of the highest elevations in the community, providing great opportunities for huge vista views. The lot runs uphill from the road but is an easy walk to the plateau where you can see for miles across the countryside.
There appears to be a few options for building, with multiple clearings amongst a variety of trees in various sizes...bring your builder and create the lake home of your dreams. No time limit to build so you can take your time or start right away. New construction is underway nearby and there are several homes completed, plus a natural park-like ar
ea in the loop at the end of the street, making this an ideal neighborhood for those who like a nice place to take a walk and enjoy the beauty of nature or meet the neighbors. Building plans must be approved by the architectural control committee; no temporary or mobile homes allowed, no construction of garage or shop prior to building the primary home.
Hills Above PK amenities include gated entrances, central mailbox locations, a lakeside cabin for activities and events, community boat ramp, courtesy dock, dry storage for watercraft, a hilltop clubhouse featuring an infinity edge pool overlooking the lake, poolside cabanas, spray pad, plus an exercise room, and large meeting room, community fishing pond and more. Come join the PK Lake community in one of the preferred subdivisions in the area.
