108 Spruce Lane, Beech Mountain, NC 28604

One of the best lot available on Beech Mtn. Lot sits above the road and is sloped but not steep at all. Lot is wooded with tons of privacy and mountain view. This lot is my personal lot and as a builder/developer, and realtor made sure to purchase a really good lot.

Public sewer is available at the road allowing easy hook ups. The gorgeous Buckeye Lake and Buckeye Recreation Center are walking distance away. Don't forget Beech Mtn Golf Course and of course the ski slopes which are roughly 3 miles away. We purchased this lot with the dreams and plans of building a getaway cabin or rental property but; unfortunately, time isn't standing still long enough for us to do so.
