This lakefront property with two dwellings was once a beautiful retreat overlooking Lake Secession, and with vision and restoration, that beauty can shine once again. The double-wide home sits on a large cinder block foundation with a spacious basement that appears solid and secure.

While the home is in need of renovation, the structure offers a promising starting point for restoration. The second house is in a little better condition and could more easily be brought back to its original charm. A detached two-car garage also adds functionality to the property.

Very little value has been put on the dwellings or garage. Whether you are looking for an investment opportunity, a weekend getaway, or a future lakeside retreat, this property offers incredible potential. The only way to truly appreciate the possibilities of this unique Lake Secession property is to schedule a showing and see this beautiful view.
