12.7 AC M-77 Highway, Germfask, MI 49836

This generous 12.7 acre parcel features an impressive 1500+ feet of frontage on the winding Manistique River, while sitting in a great location just a short drive away from all the "best of the best" Upper Peninsula recreational opportunities. This would be a superb parcel for those seeking a spot to set up a permanent base camp, vacation retreat, or year round home.

This property is ultra unique, in that it not only boasts abundant frontage on the river, but a small stream passes through as well. You'll appreciate the attractive mix of northern hardwood trees and conifers, as well as diverse plant and animal life.

The land is pretty much completely untouched, and it does slope down towards the water in some areas, so some site work will have to be done before you can fully take advantage of the property. Seney Wild Life Refuge, Tahquamenon Falls and Pictured Rocks are all just a short distance away if you are looking for a day trip adventure. However you may find that once you settle in, you just don't want to leave this peaceful oasis!
