Both electrical panel boxes were replaced and expanded. The outside roof stack was also updated. Recessed lighting was added to the living and dining rooms. New kitchen lighting was installed including under cabinet lighting. New lighting was also updated in both bathrooms and the laundry area as well.

Custom paint was applied in the living room, dining room, bedrooms and kitchen. Removal of popcorn ceilings took place and the ceilings were retextured. A new steel front door was installed. New interior doors were installed. Kitchen Improvements New quartz countertops were installed.

Custom backsplash was installed. All new appliances were installed. Cabinets were professionally painted, new hardware was installed on those cabinets and new hinges were also installed on all of the cabinets. Kitchen was rewired to support three ceiling lights and other outlets were updated. A new sink was installed. The range was changed over from gas to electric.
