13314 Baker Mills Rd, Pineville, NC 28134

Bank foreclosed property! Just under 15 acres along Mcalpine Creek near Pineville, NC! Practically the entire property is located in the floodplain/ floodway with the exception of the two access points and approximately 0.40 acre near the Dansvillle Dr cul-de-sac access point.

The property is sold as-is and seller and broker make no representation to the possibility of placing a structure on the property or what can and can not be done with the property. In non flood situations, the property is gorgeous creek bottom teeming with wildlife.

Whitetail bow hunters looking for a nearby bow hunting tract, may want to check this out (verify with Pineville /Mecklenburg County or NC Wildlife Commission if bowhunting would be permitted). This land would also make a nice conservation tract. The property is accessed at two locations (1) Dansville Rd cul-de-sac (beteen 13500 and 13501) and (2) Baker Mills Rd (between 13316 and 13310). This land and access points do not appear to be under Danby or other community CCR's (buyer to verify).
