157&191 Turkey Ridge Ranch, Walsenburg, CO 81089

Here is your chance to own 80 acres of Southern Colorado, with water! The lots already have a well drilled that shows it was producing 11 gallons per minute on the well permit. Water is valuable in this area and allows the future owner with the potential to build or provide water for livestock, or make a water hole for the antelope and occasional mule deer.

There is access to thousands of acres of BLM land that features the Cucharas Canyon and the Cucharas River less than a 1/4 mile from this parcel. This canyon has a wide range of wildlife and is worth exploring. The property provides useable ground, maintained gravel road access, partial fencing, staked corners, a storage shed, power to the property line but not yet tapped, the previously mentioned well, and mountain views.

The iconic Spanish Peaks and Greenhorn Mountain can be seen in the distance. Call today to take a look at this opportunity for yourself.
