10 acres CLEARED, with a 4 inch well installed, 200 feet deep that was installed when the mobile home was built here. There used to be a mobile home on site, in the middle of the property where the 2nd cleared space is. There is likely still a septic system on site also.
The paved road is just 4 properties to the south, on Highway 20. The property has 2 large cleared areas. The very front, and then there is a driveway going deep into the property where another large open space is for a potential homesite. That space is really nice with grass already in place.
Electric is already at the street and owner has verified there was a 4 inch well, 200 feet deep installed when the mobile home was built. The owner has an install report for the well, but does not know any other details about it. All of this may save you as much as $20,000 versus buying a property with no improvements.
You already have tons of brush and trees removed, a driveway cut into the property, a 200 ft deep well, electric running in front of the property, and most likely a septic tank, however the current owner has not verified the septic. The brush and tree removal alone should save you over $10,000. Bring your animals, toys, your RV, and enjoy nature's paradise. Just 34 miles to the pristine beaches of the Emerald Coast of Florida!
