16807 T Tarn Trail lot: 10, Fort Wayne, IN 46845

Nature lovers paradise. Build your dream home like at the lake. Build out of the hill with a couple of decks over looking the pond and ravine. Lots of nature and privacy and yet close drive to all the conviences. Short drive to Parkview Hospital or Dupont Hospital.

Set on your deck watching the wildlife and just enjoying the nature while drinking your coffee. The Isac Walton Nature preserve backs up to part of the addition. Although it's close to a half acre it feels like much more because of the commons area around the pond and the pond so even though you don't own that part it gets maintained and keeps the rest of your property private.

It has city sewer grinder pits available for you to install so no septic problems to deal with. You install your own well and there's several high speed internet companies available perfect for the work at home person! There is a sign in front of the lot! Come see . With the snow on the ground right now it is just a very traqual place to be. Also close to several walking trails.
