18883 SE Old Trail Dr W, Jupiter, FL 33478

This 0.82-acre homesite in Old Trail offers one of the few remaining opportunities to build in an established enclave of custom homes within Ranch Colony. Backing to the golf course, the property is well suited for a home designed to take advantage of spectacular fairway views from the rear.

The community sits behind a 24-hour manned gate and is surrounded by natural preserve, with quiet streets and trails for biking. Golfers can choose an optional membership at Jonathan's Landing's Old Trail courses, including the Tom Fazio-designed Medal Course and the Gil Hanse-designed Match Course.

The Johnathan's Landing at Old Trail Club, Dye Preserve golf course, and a private airstrip are also within Ranch Colony. Located in Martin County with a Jupiter address, the property is convenient to I-95, the Turnpike, beaches, shopping, and dining. Bring your architect and builder to create a custom home that takes full advantage of this rare golf course setting.
