19059 Point Copper Glance 4 Mc, Salida, CO 81201

A rare chance to own a genuine piece of Colorado mining history overlooking one of the state's most vibrant small towns, Salida, Colorado. If you love the mountains, hiking, camping, and rockhounding but still want to be close to town, this spot hits the mark.

Copper Glance Lode #4 (U.S. Mineral Survey 19059) rests on a hillside above Salida in the historic Cleora Mining District. The property offers just over 10 acres with no direct road access and borders public land on three sides, so plan to hike in for camping and exploring.

The district is known for classic Central Colorado minerals and past copper and tungsten activity, with traces of gold and silver throughout the area. Keep an eye out for quartz and other mineral float on nearby public ground as you hike in to experience the property. Expect big sky, town lights at night, and true quiet among the pinyon and junipers.
