2 College St, Canton, NY 13617

This turn-of-the-century Canton Victorian offers the warmth and personality that only a historic home can deliver. The large, newly updated kitchen is designed to be the heart of the home. This space was fully renovated with granite countertops, tile flooring, and ceiling-height cabinetry.

The renovation blends with the home's heritage with tall baseboards and wide trim around the large windows. Through the dining room, the front of the home has a spacious living room anchored by a gas fireplace. A first-floor bedroom with an attached full bathroom makes a private space for guests or a primary suite, and the option to live on one level.

On the second floor, there is a front bedroom, a full bathroom, and three additional connected rooms for a variety of uses in this space. The covered front porch creates a welcoming first impression, while the garage and low-maintenance lot leave upkeep to a minimum. Filled with architectural details, natural light, and a sense of home that's difficult to replicate, this village property is ready to begin its next chapter.
