232 Myrtle Grove Lane, Richmond Hill, GA 31324

Golf-front estate homesite on 1.82 acres overlooking the first fairway and green of the award-winning Pete Dye golf course at The Ford Field and River Club in Richmond Hill, GA, just 20 minutes south of Savannah. This is a rare opportunity to build a custom Lowcountry home on premier golf course land in one of coastal Georgia's most private and storied communities, set on the former winter estate of Henry Ford along the Ogeechee River.

With nearly two acres of buildable land, there is room to design exactly what you want: a custom home positioned to capture long fairway views, deep porches for Southern evenings, and space for a pool, outdoor kitchen, and landscaped gardens. Whether you envision a primary residence or a second home, this estate lot offers the space and setting to bring it to life.

Life at The Ford moves at the pace of the Lowcountry, with live oaks, marsh views, and tidal rivers as the backdrop to everyday living. Members enjoy the championship golf course, a deepwater marina, fitness center, resort-style pool, day spa, and much more, all just moments from your future front door. Historic downtown Savannah, Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport, and the beaches of Tybee Island are all within easy reach. Schedule a tour to see the homesite and start planning your place in the Lowcountry.
