Would you take a look at this precious strip of land? Surrounded by NYC/DEP lands and set next to an active babbling brook this is a very special corner of land where your dream house can be built in a incredibly serene setting. The buildings on the property are in very poor condition and are likely beyond repair.

To help you get started there is a septic system, a well, and electric in place. Build your cabin, tiny home or simply bring your camper for seasonal enjoyment.
