This great little parcel of vacant land is a very reasonably priced property for anyone who just wants access (we don't think it is buildable or able to put a septic system on it). Perhaps a camper or RV could fit on here for short term periods. This has 132' of frontage on the West Branch Delaware River at the Stilesville bridge and has frontage on Dug Road.

Known as a large trout holdover, it's great for both wading or boat launching. There is a deed restriction against launching watercraft for commercial purposes. There is an electric pole right at the edge of the property and the land is gently sloped down to the river.
