Only six miles from the nearest boat ramp on Broken Bow Lake, Southern Lights is close to all area restaurants and activities Hochatown, Beavers Bend State Park and Broken Bow Lake has to offer. Located near the end of a beautiful drive down a canopy of trees, there is minimal traffic, making this a lovely spot to relax.

The open kitchen with its massive quartzite slab island is fully equipped for large family cooking and serving along with a BBQ grill on the upper full length back deck, with plenty of outdoor seating. The hot tub and additional seating with outdoor furniture is on the lower level expanded back deck.

Sit around the firepit while playing horse shoes out back. Many opportunities to explore on this large wooded lot. Extra large and comfy couches are both upstairs and down, with an extra long dining table that seats 10. More seating at the island and extra chairs tucked around mean plenty of seating both upstairs and down for all.

On the lower level, added bunks and a game room with a washer and dryer, and additional bathrooms provide excellent separate entertainment space. Ping pong, foosball and a checker/chess table are downstairs along with a large screen TV. A feature that may be important, there is an outside entry to the downstairs that is level with the parking area, allowing for a no stairs entrance.
