This cozy cabin is a unique 200 year old log home, tucked away on a secluded piece of land where a creek lazily goes by. Surrounded by laurel, Norwood spruce, and other trees, the property takes on a treehouse feel come spring and summer. A new furnace, installed in 2025, brings warmth and comfort through the colder months, while fans and windows keep things cool and breezy for summer.

The home has city water, and the property is equipped with an incinerator in place of a normal septic system. The property is peaceful seclusion paired with easy access to everyday life. Conveniently located just minutes from the interstate and Morgantown.
