Blue Jordan Forest is a gated community in southeast Polk County which has been designated a Wildlife Sanctuary where nature thrives. There are 299 lots in the subdivision with an average size of about 3 acres per lot. The common areas are maintained by the BJF Owners' Association and many Volunteers from the General Membership.

Annual dues are used to fund road maintenance, refuse collection, security gates, and lighting of all common areas. Blue Jordan Forest envisions a community of neighbors working together in private, voluntary association; to achieve a higher quality of life and increasing property values.

This specific lot is located on the SE side of the Subdivision and measures approximately 3.13 Acres. There was a section of this lot that was cleared back in 2006 when the current owner purchased. That has since grown back up, but if you utilize google maps historical Aerial Views you can see what was cleared at that time. If you are looking for a rural , peaceful setting then Blue Jordan Forest may be exactly what you are looking for.
