A rural lot turned into an RV'ers dream! Escape to the piney woods of East Texas and enjoy all the lake views Lake Bob Sandlin has to offer. This Hidden Village hidden gem has undergone several necessary improvements to truly make RV life simple. It has been wired for a 20 and 30amp plug, has a new 500 gallon holding tank, and a new RV pad with additional limestone added to the driveway and surrounding RV area.

Additionally, a railroad tie retaining wall has been installed and reinforced to allow a level fire pit area separate from the RV pad and parking. Bi-County water is coming soon, with personal water meter and hookups! This particular lot is within walking distance to the common area/pavilion with full bathroom amenities, boat ramp, and fishing dock.

There is also a storage unit included to lot owners! The community is one brag about and we all know great neighbors make all the difference! Pack up the RV, the golf cart, and your spouse and come stay a while!
