2687 Creston Drive #T-26, Black Mountain, NC 28711

Incredible year round views from this 3-acre lot near the top of the Creston! Lots in this section of Creston boast some of the best views in the neighborhood, and this lot is no exception. The driveway is already roughed in near the top of the lot (you can drive right onto the lot), and you can get a great feel for where your mountain home will sit.

The views are to the east and north. A recent (November 2021) septic permit for 4 bedrooms is on file. As you approach the lot on Creston Drive, you'll see a split rail fence on the left. At the end of the fence is an old road bed that could serve as a second driveway if you wanted a driveway to the basement (in addition to a main level garage entrance at the roughed-in upper driveway).

Creston is one of Western North Carolina's premier gated communities with approximately 500 acres of conservation and community land including waterfalls, hiking trails, parks, and spectacular mountain views. Homes are high-end and go through design review.
