For more than 30 years, I've been a place where life happened. I've watched holidays stretch late into the evening, heard laughter echo through my rooms, and welcomed friends and family who always seemed to stay just a little longer. I was built to gather people and hold memories-and I've done that well.

I sit just under a mile from Little River Marina and the public boat ramps at Lake Allatoona, which means lake days come naturally here. Boating, paddleboarding, fishing, or quiet sunset walks by the water have always been part of my rhythm. Lake life truly lives at my doorstep.

I'm tucked into the Port Victoria community, where there's no HOA telling you how to live or enjoy your space. From here, it's easy to get everywhere you need to go-Towne Lake, Sixes Road, nearby trails and greenways, downtown Woodstock dining, and quick access to I-575 and I-75.
