370 Guy Lane, Quitman, AR 72131

Truly beautiful tract of woods just north of Quitman and only minutes from Greers Ferry Lake. Along the western portion, there are a few knolls that would make perfect home sites. Small valleys with wet-weather brooks converge into a larger dell on the eastern side of the property, through which a nice rock-bottom creek flows.

Good mix of hardwoods and evergreens, with towering white oaks along the creek. Abundant wildlife, including white-tailed deer, eastern cottontail rabbits, and gray squirrels. A gas pad road runs the entire western border (gas pad itself not on this property). This gives excellent access to the property and would make for a nice driveway if desired.
