This is not just vacant land. It offers much more, with 25 years of work into it, making it a wonderful place to live and hunt. There are three separate parcels that have about 12 mature fruit trees, sorghum, wheat, rape, radishes, switch grass, and Miscanthus Gigantus planted.

Lots of Oaks with acorns also. Want to build here; it has a well and septic on two parcels. There is also electric on site. Want to park a camper while building; also has three 30-amp camper hookups, two on the first parcel and one on the middle parcel.

Yes, there is a pole barn also with an alarm, an electric hoist mounted, and a heater with a 100 lb tank outside. Heated blinds, box blinds, and ladder blinds. More blinds than I can count & they all have two or more accesses. (Come see and count while you're there). There is an archery deer target and backstop. Mushrooms, Turkeys, deer, etc. There is over a mile of roads/trails around and through the property. Room here for you and all your friends to enjoy! One of a kind! Must See!
