399 N Skinner Rd, Allenspark, CO 80510

The perfect lot for your Rocky Mountain dream home. Mostly level five acres with large healthy Doug firs, ponderosa pine, and aspen. Only a couple of hundred yards into your own private area of Rocky Mountain National Park. The entire property has been fire mitigated.

Easy access off a county road with power and water to the property line. Since there is a community water system, there is no well needed. Not another house in sight with wonderful views. Lots of sun with southern exposure and great views of Meadow Mountain and the foothills and mountains to the south.

Remove a few trees for fabulous views of 13,917 ft Mt. Meeker. Abundant wildlife including moose, elk, deer, bears, and wild turkeys. Only 25 minutes to Estes Park and 45 minutes to Boulder and even less to Longmont. A rare opportunity to purchase a special piece of land.
