4078 E St. Rd. 28, Tipton, IN 46072

Seller is selling off the west end 2 acres. The other 3 acres are not for sale at this time. The boundary markers are placed and if walking the lot the markers should be easy to see the two acres for sale. Nestled in a serene, wooded setting, this 2-acre parcel offers an appealing blend of natural beauty and building potential.

A thriving canopy of mature trees creates a peaceful habitat for abundant wildlife, including deer. Natural features include established berry bushes, Pawpaw trees and a variety of mushrooms. To access the property, enter from State Road 28 east of Hobbs at the posted sign.

From there, follow the gravel walking path west to the 2-acre lot. A recent wetlands assessment determined that the property is buildable. The buyer will need to obtain a permit for a septic system. If INDOT does not approve a driveway permit for the property, the seller will provide an easement to the 2-acre lot.
