425 Compas Ln, Bonners Ferry, ID 83805

Two adjoining parcels totaling 91.47 acres of managed forest in the Purcell Mountains, with an abundant wildlife presence throughout. The level front 10.14 acres is ready to build, with legal access off private road and a well already in place, upgraded last year with new piping, wiring, and a 1 HP pump, and a well productivity test at 11 GPM.

Go off grid from day one, or bring in power from approximately a half mile away. Out your back door, the adjoining 81.33 wooded acres offer wildlife, seclusion, and recreation, threaded with roads and trails suited to hiking, ATVs, horseback riding, and bikes.

A professional forester is actively managing the timber, thinning and reducing fuels toward an open, park-like stand of tamarack, pine, fir, and spruce. With thousands of acres of national forest minutes away, public access to the Moyie River a short drive, and Robinson Lake nearby, the hunting and wildlife watching continue well beyond the property lines. No CC&Rs. Shown by appointment.
