428 NE CR 255, Lee, FL 32059

The property consists of approximately 4.50 acres and is currently zoned Agricultural (A). Based on the available information, it appears that this 4.50-acre lot was established after the adoption of the Town's current zoning code. As a result, the property is approximately 0.50 acre below the minimum 5-acre lot-size requirement and does not appear to meet the current minimum acreage requirement for a single-family dwelling or mobile home.

A variance may be requested to waive or reduce the minimum acreage requirement and allow the property to be developed despite being 0.50 acre short of the required 5 acres. Approval of such a variance is not guaranteed and would be at the discretion of the Town Council. The applicant would need to submit the appropriate variance request and demonstrate the circumstances supporting the request in accordance with the Town's requirements.
