50 Firefly Springs Lane, Candler, NC 28715

*****BACK ON MARKET**** Up for sale is a 5.4 acre portion of a larger 14.84 acre parcel, that is about 1.5 miles from the New NC State Park in Candler, the Blue Ridge Parkway and it also borders property that borders the Pisgah National Forest lands. Already in place is a metal building 30x60 with a rollup door and barn style doors opening to 9 1/2' high.

The building has wall insulation and a floored loft area with adds an additional 675 sf. Bathroom is in place and electrical service has higher amp plugs, and lighting. There is a 23x30 covered area and plenty of parking area. The metal building would make a great barndominium, Airbnb, or a working studio.

Zoning is open use, so the possibilities are pretty much endless. The private road to property is narrow and might be difficult for larger delivery type vehicles to navigate. There is spring water currently and a no septic system. Several areas are suitable for a future home site, and the metal building can accommodate equipment & vehicles
