5633 Baltusrol Court, Sanibel, FL 33957

Enjoy breathtaking views and privacy from this West/SouthWest-facing lot on the 9th green at The Sanctuary's most desirable location. This elevated parcel features a quiet cul-de-sac and is one of the few remaining prime lots in the neighborhood, recognized by Audubon for its natural beauty.

White quartz beaches are just a 5-minute drive or a 10-minute bike ride away. The lot is outside the floodplain, and a complete drainage plan is included. The Sanctuary is Sanibel's only private equity golf club, offering an Arthur Hills-designed golf course, tennis and pickleball, a fitness center, bocce, and an elegant clubhouse with excellent dining options.

Golf and social memberships are optional. Custom floor plans from an HOA-approved builder are available for interested buyers. These plans have not yet been approved by the HOA. Designed for privacy, the layout features a lavish primary suite separate from the guest quarters, vaulted ceilings, a commidious kitchen and great room, and outdoor living areas to capitalize on stunning views toward the west. Plans can be purchased for those interested.
