5939 Round Top Road, Round Top, TX 78954

This 12.52-acre property has a 1,400-sq.ft. farmhouse, a guest cottage designed by "Barnwood Builders", two stocked ponds, and a grove of Post Oaks. The yard around the house is fenced and the comfortable front porch gives onto a garden area with raised flowerbeds and an enviable view of the Texas sunset.

The home can comfortably sleep eight adults with the bunk loft upstairs and bedroom on the second floor. The cottage is simple: A kitchen/sitting area, bedroom alcove, and full bath. The barn would make an excellent shop, hobby area or horse barn with exterior stalls. There is considerable room to build new structures or to expand on the current home. Note: This property currently benefits from an agricultural exemption (bee habitats).
