This one's a treat! Located on the north edge of Exira and owned by the same family for the last 60 years, you'll be impressed by the open layout, large bedrooms, and sunlit filled rooms with views to the wooded backyard. Other highlights include patio sliders to the back deck, a wood-burning fireplace (firewood included!), zoned heating for upstai

rs and down, and a walkout basement with family room and 2 additional bedrooms (or whatever you need them to be!) The updated and cheerful kitchen is tucked away in the corner of the house (out of sight from unexpected guests) and has a handy pantry/mudroom area with 3/4 bath on the way to the basement and attached 2 car garage.
