607 Leon St, London, TX 76854

Fixer upper with income potential! Home is a complete remodel, but currently includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bath along with a living area, kicthen and flex space. Around the home is a covered carport, along with several storage buildings. The property is equipped with a water well, storage tank and electricity.

At the far north end of the property, there are several RV hookups with water and sewer that could be rented on a monthly basis, or as spaces during hunting season, events at London Hall, etc. The property is a little rough around the edges, but with the right vision it could be made into something special!
