Looking for an affordable getaway on the legendary White River? This river lot offers the perfect opportunity to create your own fishing camp, vacation retreat, or weekend escape in one of Arkansas' premier trout fishing destinations. Known for outstanding Rainbow Trout fishing, the White River attracts anglers from across the country.

An older mobile home sits on a basement and is ready for your vision and renovation ideas. With a little rehab, the mobile could become a comfortable base camp for fishing trips, family weekends, or a relaxing river retreat. The basement has experienced flooding in the past, but a creative renovation could transform the space into a covered outdoor living area, entertainment space, or storage area.

The property is shaded by mature trees, creating a peaceful setting with plenty of privacy. With some selective clearing, you'll open up a wonderful view of the White River and enjoy the natural beauty this location has to offer. A two-car attached carport provides covered parking for vehicles, boats, or outdoor equipment. Existing septic, electric service, and water rights to a well are already in place. $125,000
