Nestled at the edge of the Hill Country lies the San Saba River Retreat. With approx. 1,000 ft of San Saba River frontage and two quaint and well-appointed cabins this ranch is ready for your family. As you enter the San Saba River Retreat Ranch you come into a hay meadow that is capable of being irrigated for your livestock or to sell hay to local ranchers.

Just beyond the hay meadow, nestled in a grove of oaks and pecans, the cabins provide a relaxing location for your family or as a potential VRBO rental should you desire. With an irrigation well equipped to pump 100GPM and a second well by the barn used for the cabins and livestock, the retreat could be developed into your very own vineyard.

The river frontage has a deck for relaxing while the family swims or fishes in the water below. With sand bars, deep pools and fast-moving ripples the water is an oasis for all your senses. If you have been looking for a live water oasis then the San Saba River Retreat should be on your shortlist.
