This exclusive resort has something for everyone including many championship golf clubs, private tennis courts, a health club, fresh and saltwater fishing piers, bird watching, pools and hot tub, restaurant and pub, Starbucks, walking and biking trails which extend for miles through some of the marshlands of Huntington Beach State Park.

The Litchfield Beach community offers several great restaurants and boutique shops, a private marina and deep sea fishing nearby Litchfield by the Sea is just three miles away from Brookgreen Gardens, the largest outdoor sculpture garden in the world.

Sea turtles' nest in protected areas on the beach where conscientious neighbors quietly watch over their protected nesting locations.
