82106 TERRITORIAL Hwy, Eugene, OR 97405

Situated on over 160 acres of rolling vineyards, pastures, forest land, and creek frontage, this property is an absolute gem of the northwest. A south-facing, thriving vineyard fills nearly 25 acres on the north side of the property. Opposite the vineyard is a stunning build site featuring 360 degrees views overlooking the coastal mountain range, Willamette Valley, and King Estate Winery.

Full of opportunity and ready to develop, the build site currently has a manufactured home already connected to well and septic. Near it is a large, multi-story barn with a lift. The vineyard was established over 30 years ago and has been the main provider of Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay grapes for Iris Vineyards.

These high quality grapes helped Iris Vineyards be named the 2024 Oregon Winery of the Year by Great Northwest Wine. Access to the property is through a private, gated entrance from Territorial Hwy. Bordering the west side of the property is Farman Creek which runs year round. Embark on a great adventure in Oregon's southern Villamette Valley wine country with opportunity abound.
