8543 Frey Road, Pleasant Plains, IL 62677

What a wildlife paradise and private retreat within 10 minutes of Springfield! This 22.26 acre recreational wonderland has a private building site in the popular Pleasant Plains School District. You will enjoy wandering through the trees exploring nature, its creek, and the pond.

For your hunting pleasure, deer, turkey, quail, and pheasant abound in their natural habitats. Perfect property for riding horses or driving recreational vehicles through the woods. Camping under the stars is another option. No worries about road maintenance!

Frey Rd, a public maintained road, ends at the entrance to this property. House on the property is being "sold as is". The drone video and some of the pictures were taken during the winter to best show the property. However, the true beauty of this property is when the trees have leaves and lush plant life is visible.
