909 5th St, Astoria, OR 97103

Contractors/Developers: Zoned R1. Nestled into the hill, with gorgeous North and East views of the Columbia River, overlooking homes and town toward Tongue Point. The scenery is just as magnificent in the morning as it is at dusk. Backing to trees and hillside, at the end of a dead end road, this location does not disappoint.

Easy access to the cozy small town of Astoria. With many shops and restaurants within blocks and on the water, there are usually annual events like "The Goonies", car shows and tasting festivals and is located approximately 17 mi., or 25 minutes north of Seaside, Oregon.
