Camargo Rd, Nettleton, MS 38858

Here is a rare find for a Black Prairie hunting property including hardwoods, pine and a creek conveniently located to Tupelo, Pontotoc, and Oxford, MS. Turkey and deer sign were seen on the property and with the 3+/- miles of trails, this gives great internal access throughout the range of mature to young hardwoods.

The pine stand is middle aged and has not been thinned. Then, there's the limestone bottom creek that is everything you would want from a beautiful Black Prairie creek. Utilities to be verfied by buyer. The property will come with an easement for a trail to the south along Camargo Rd and it also has paved road frontage to it's north on Seymore Rd. 20 minutes to Tupelo, 1 hour from Oxford, 35 mintues to Pontotoc, 2 hours to Memphis and a little over 2 hours to Birmingham. Property is being sold as-is where-is.
