Canopy Ct. lot: 14, Bay Minette, AL 36507

20 acres off Canopy Ct in booming Baldwin County. A cleared roadway leads down to an open homesite surrounded by younger pines, with the topo sloping toward a creek that runs through the middle of the property. Compared to other lots in the community, Lot 14 sits higher than most, one of the reasons it's one of the more desirable homesites in the subdivision.

After you cross the creek to the south side, the elevation gently rises back up into a stand of older pines, great for wildlife plots and habitat work. Power already on the lot; private roads, well water to be installed by owner/purchaser. Horse friendly, minimal restrictions, no deadline to start building.

Site built, log cabin, modular, or barndominium homes allowed (no mobile/manufactured homes). Minutes to Bay Minette, about 35 min to Mobile, just over an hour to Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, and Pensacola. Baldwin County is one of the fastest growing, most in demand counties in the country, making this a solid long term investment as well as a great homesite. HOA $600/year
