Chatham Road, Nathalie, VA 24577

Beautiful plot of land located conveniently between western and central Halifax County. This land has plentiful road frontage on State Route 57 and features a rolling slope good for building or recreation. It is zoned A-1 and there are no known restrictions.

It has been over 20 years since the last timber harvest and the land was allowed to seed back naturally. Because of this, there is a good variety of nature hardwood regeneration. The mast trees are beginning to produce and you can tell that wildlife frequently pass through. The timber being young means that you can still clear areas or paths relatively easily. Small powerlines now service a portion of the front of the property and an older survey is available upon request.
