EWP #23 S Edgewater Drive, Sunset, SC 29685

Welcome to The Reserve's exclusive Edgewater Park Estates, home to the Reserve's finest quality homes. This cluster of seven extraordinary home sites represents the only available undeveloped Reserve waterfront at this time. Lot 21, 22 and 24 are already sold and under construction.

Any of the remaining home sites are available for a custom home design/build using The Stillwater Group. This home site has 1.14 acres and approx. 200 feet of gently sloping waterfront with practically unlimited building potential due to the property's broad building envelope.

A covered slip dock permit has been pre-approved on this site and must be applied for by the Purchaser. This quiet cove location ensures solitude away from the main lake water channels, while the property's configuration will enable larger lake views from the home's rear elevation which can include an exclusively designed and constructed gunnite pebbletec Keowee Pool and spa. Purchase one of the last remaining high quality Reserve waterfront home sites today and plan your future build with the craftsmen at Stillwater.
