Imagine! 22.38 private, wooded acres on Caney Bay at Lake Palestine with mature pines and hardwoods and a spring fed creek that feels very secluded, yet is minutes from town. This lakeside woodland retreat is perfect for a private residence with a spectacular home setting on an elevated part of the land overlooking the water.

Deer, fox, and a multitude of water fowl share use of this property! There is a wildlife program currently in place that could be continued along with timber management. This would also be a fabulous tract for recreational use---build yourself a boathouse and a getaway cabin in the woods! Opportunities to own acreage on the Lake are few and far between, don't let this one get away from you!
