Improvements include a certified Rice Lake weighbridge truck scale, numerous grain bins, a 65'x50' insulated pole barn with propane heat, bathroom, and septic system, a 30'x18' adjacent pole barn, a 125'x50' maintenance Quonset, and a 125'x50' truck wash Quonset. Five well permits serve the ranch and tie into a water system with stock tanks throughout the acreage.
