LAAU WY, Pahoa, HI 96778

Do you want to create your own private, in-town sanctuary? Within walking distance to both the public pool, Billy Kenoi Park, schools and the Puna Kai shopping center? In the heart of Pahoa, this 1.24 acre lot was once a homestead, but years have passed and the road is overgrown.

Uncover the palms, citrus and fruit trees that have been growing all these years. A tenth mile from the end of the current road, this lot enjoys exclusive privacy with no surrounding neighbors except a cacao orchard and the 2014 lava flow that went around Pahoa's Transfer Station. For a true pioneer spirit type, this would be an ideal plot of land to set up your new homestead.
