Porter Creek Drive lot: 21, Franklin, NC 28734

Come home to Porter Creek where the lifestyle for your family and friends is like a dream come true. This country setting which was once an 80-acre farm is located just outside the city limits with paved roads, city water and fiber for high speed internet.

The magic unfolds as you enter with ponds, creek, stone pavers and the rustic country gate that opens to luxurious mountain living. The serenity, breath taking views, wooded lots and green space is what Western NC is best known for. Nearby golfing, trails, rivers, waterfalls, fishing, and white-water rafting provides all that an outdoor enthusiast could hope for.

Work from home while enjoying nature, sunsets, sledding on the green space in the snow, fishing down at the pond or cooking dinner for family and friends on your back deck. Let me introduce you to one of Smoky Mountains best communities for a life worth living. Lot 21 is on the left at the top of the hill. It slopes down to the green space common area. Very wooded, possibly a view.
