Reflection Bay lot: 11, Gordonville, TX 76245

Reflection Bay is one of the last additions in Rock Creek to be developed and one of the closest to Lake Texoma. Reflection Bay is currently a beautifully wooded area with all lots within a few minute walk to the lake, marina, Cross Timbers Hiking Trail and backs up to Lakeside Park making it easy to enjoy views and many other amenities without a drive.

It is short drive by car or golfcart to the Nicklaus designed golf course, Rock Creek clubhouse restaurant, workout center, sports courts and pool area. In addition to lot 11, lot 10 is being sold by Seller's relatives so you can buy one lot or do the same and get friends or relatives buy the other to ensure you are side by side OR you can buy both and build one home on both lots for larger yard and more privacy.

Memberships to golf club vary and information on options should be obtained directly from Rock Creek Resort. Rock Creek Resort is 1300 acre, gated community on the shores of Lake Texoma and made up of both full-time and part-time residents. You can see photos and video of the resort on their website.
