Spring Mountain Airstrip, Dardanelle, AR 72834

The Spring Mountain Airstrip Lot is a level 10 acre mountaintop tract bordering John Harris Field Airport, offering a rare opportunity to create a fly-in, fly-out mountain retreat. The flat topography provides multiple ideal homesites with room for a private hangar, full-time residence, or weekend getaway.

A spring-fed creek along the northern boundary offers excellent potential for a private pond, while the 2005 planted pine plantation is ready for thinning or harvest, providing immediate timber value. Spring Mountain is known for exceptional populations of whitetail deer, wild turkey, and black bear, making the property equally attractive for recreation and hunting.

Access is provided by a privately maintained mountain road with shared annual maintenance. Located just west of Mount Nebo State Park, this property offers a unique combination of privacy, recreation, timber value, and aviation access. Additional adjoining tracts are also available. A new survey will be needed - seller has agreed to split the cost.
