SW RIVER Rd #1, Hillsboro, OR 97123

Looking to build your dream home? Want to have a family coumpound? Amazing opportunity to build your custom home(s) on up to 2 level acres of an approved M49 homesite just 5 minutes from Hillsboro and 2 minutes from Reserve Country Club (golfers alert!).

The entire parcel of 12.4 acres has water rights too! Own a bit of history as this whole place used to be a horse farm with outdoor arena and horsebarn on primary homesite at 6065 SW River Rd Hillsboro. Also, there used to be weddings and special events hosted here.

The primary home is not included in this sale. Buyer would need to partition off the up to 2 acres - which for purpose of identifying where on the parcel this lot would be - we are calling it lot 2 - the northerly/eastern portion of the property. Property tax and tax lot/legal description to be determined - buyer to do due diligence.

For more information regarding the M49 approval documents and builder's folio, contact your agent. See mls# 669624805 for other lot listed. Appointment only to see the property as I notify those living there.
